We stand behind the quality of our floral arrangements and are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the specified timeframe, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

2. Return Timeframe

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we have specific timeframes for returns and refunds:

  • Fresh Flowers: Returns or refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
  • Custom Arrangements: Returns must be requested within 48 hours if there is a significant quality issue
  • Dried/Preserved Flowers: Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase if item is unused and in original condition
  • Vases and Accessories: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival or significantly different from what was ordered
  • The product arrived after the guaranteed delivery window (for time-sensitive orders)
  • The request is made within the specified timeframe
  • Photos of the issue are provided when requested
  • The customer has not used or consumed the product (for non-perishable items)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Fresh flowers that have wilted after the 24-hour satisfaction guarantee period
  • Custom arrangements made to specific customer specifications
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Items damaged by customer negligence or misuse
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Event or wedding arrangements after the event date has passed

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

5.2 Refund Timeline

Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.

5.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if only a portion of your order was unsatisfactory. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.

6. Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange items within the return timeframe if you would like a different product of equal or greater value. If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, you will receive a credit or refund for the difference.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will either:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund
  • Offer store credit for future purchases

9. Cancellation Policy

10. Return Shipping

For non-perishable items eligible for return, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong item shipped, etc.).

11. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
